Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for standard items (excluding our custom made to order items), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see individual item pages for eligibility to return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

G7T6 operates an online return system. To start a return, you can contact us at info@g7t6.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (Returns will be to Istanbul, Turkey). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will process your return or within 5 working days of receipt of the item, however the vast majority are processed the same day they are received. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your refund processed. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and refund excludes shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For our bespoke made to order items we will not accept returns unless they are damaged in transit or faulty. 

Damage in Transit and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged item, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please log a report with the courier as soon as possible requesting a reference number and inform us within 2 days from receipt of the damaged item, including the report number. We will refund or exchange any damaged items within 30 days from the date you receive it. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if an eligible item), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I have made an order and need to cancel before dispatch.

If you make an order in error and fully complete it on site including payment, then need to cancel please email us within 2 hours at info@g7t6.com, including your order number (found on your order confirmation emailed to you by us on completion of order). If your order has not been put into production (custom orders) or dispatched we will be able to refund the total paid by yourself including delivery costs, please allow up to 14 days for refund to show back in your account, although this is normally much faster. If it is too late to cancel your item (i.e. because production has already begun or it has already been dispatched) then you will need to return your item to us at your own cost.
 
I have received an incorrect item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We will then advise on how to proceed. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the incorrect item that the item is not correct. We will refund or exchange any incorrect items within 30 days from the date you receive it. We will refund the original postage costs for all incorrect items.
